Irina Scafaru

Irina Scafaru has worked as a human resources professional for nearly 2 decades, with international experience in HR project management, policy development and implementation, change management, compensation and benefits, and recruitment. Before joining IISD as Manager, Global People and Culture, Irina worked for multinational companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Romanian–American University and is fluent in English, French, and Romanian.
